DADTCO RIVERS CASSAVA PROCESSING COMPANY LIMITED was established with a vision to become the leading innovator and provider of high-quality cassava-derived products in Africa, leveraging sustainable and efficient processing methods, whilst improving the livelihood of small-holder farmers in Nigeria.
DRCPC is duly registered in Nigeria with the corporate affairs commission. Our company is a public-private partnership establishment; promoted by the government of Rivers State – Nigeria, the Shell Petroleum Development Company – Nigeria, and the Dutch Agricultural Development and Trading Company, BV., Netherlands.
Central to our core mandate is to serve as a robust anchor / off-taker of cassava roots from small-holder farmers across Rivers State and its environs, for processing and value addition.
We have engaged over 3,000 small-scale local farmers who are from different rural communities and villages in Nigeria. Their involvement and contributions as raw material suppliers has created both indirect employment and also an avenue to seamlessly sell their Cassava produce; which is the primary raw material for the production of the RIVCAS high quality Cassava flour and Cassava swallow.
